Calendar subscription

See your tasks in the calendar you already use — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or any app that can subscribe to an iCal link. One private link, kept up to date by TasksPage. Pro feature.

What it is (Pro)A private link (iCal / webcal) that calendar apps subscribe to. Open tasks with a due date appear as all-day events, tasks with a reminder as events at the reminder time — repeating reminders as a series in your time zone. Notes, attachments, done tasks and tasks of password-protected categories are never in it.
Get your linkSettings → Integrations → Calendar subscription (iCal link) → Create my calendar link. Copy it straight away: for your safety it is shown only once. Lost it? Make a new link — the old one stops working at once.
Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac)Press Open in Apple Calendar / Outlook on the link page. Or by hand: iPhone Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, paste the link. On a Mac: Calendar → File → New Calendar Subscription.
Google CalendarOn a computer: calendar.google.com → Other calendars → + → From URL → paste the link → Add calendar. Or press Add to Google Calendar on the link page. Google refreshes subscribed calendars every few hours; for changes within minutes use the Google Calendar sync instead.
OutlookOutlook.com and Outlook on the web: Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste the link. Outlook for Windows: Add calendar → From Internet. Or press Add to Outlook.com on the link page.
Keep it private / turn it offAnyone with the link can see those task names and times, so do not share it. Turn off deletes the link at once; calendars that used it stop updating (remove the calendar there to clear the last copy).
