About TasksPage
TasksPage started as an escape hatch. We spend our days in the corporate world, buried in project-management software that turns a five-item list into a second job. We wanted the opposite — one page, one glance, done — so we built it.
Why one page
Most task apps grow into systems you have to manage: boards, folders, sub-projects, statuses, labels of labels. Every one of them started simple and then bloated. TasksPage refuses to. Everything lives on a single page — you add a task, drag its progress, and burn it when it is done. There is nothing to configure and nothing to maintain, which is the entire point.
Independent and privacy-first
We are small, independent and self-funded — no venture capital, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Your data is encrypted at rest on the server, and you can export or delete all of it from inside the app at any time. You can read exactly what we store, and why, on the privacy and security pages.
How TasksPage stays free
The core is free forever. We fund it with an optional Pro plan at $2 a month, which keeps us independent and ad-free. Free users get a genuinely full-featured product — Pro just adds reminders and scheduling for people who want them. We would rather charge a fair price than sell your attention.
