What we have shipped recently. TasksPage is updated continuously — and if something you need is missing, Pro users can request a feature and we build reasonable ones within a week.

- My Words (Pro) — teach dictation the names and words it gets wrong, by typing or by voice; dictated tasks then spell them your way
- Progress from a checklist — tick checklist items in a note and the task's % follows (ticked ÷ all). Free for everyone
- Due dates are free — every plan can give a task a due date, and overdue ones turn red. Reminders, Repeat and Google Calendar sync stay in Pro
- Pro free for 3 months — everyone gets Pro free for 3 months, no card needed (it replaces the 7-day trial). When it ends you move to the free plan and nothing is deleted
- Google Calendar sync (Pro) — tasks with a due date or a reminder appear in their own “TasksPage” calendar and stay up to date; repeating reminders become recurring events
- Shared categories are now free — invite up to 10 people on the free plan
- Share a colour category by email invitation — members add, edit and complete its tasks
- 6 languages — English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian
- Device lock with fingerprint / Face ID / Windows Hello, plus auto-relock for password-protected categories
- Paste tables and formatting straight into notes and questions
- Request a feature — Pro users can ask for what is missing, right inside the app
- Expand / collapse all categories in one click on desktop
- Long notes now open in a full pop-up editor instead of a cramped field
- Password-protect any colour category to hide tasks on a shared computer
- Mobile header and reminder refinements for a tighter one-hand layout

Continuously. Improvements ship in small, frequent releases rather than big infrequent versions.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. Pro users can request a feature from inside the app, and reasonable requests are built within a week.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on Android: TasksPage is on Google Play. On iPhone, add it to your home screen from Safari (an installable web app, PWA) and it behaves like an app, including offline use.
Do new features cost extra?
Most improvements land for everyone. Some scheduling features (reminders, recurring tasks, Google Calendar sync) are part of the optional Pro plan. Due dates are free for everyone since October 2026.
