Free online to-do list — no sign-up

Open the page, add a task, get on with your day. TasksPage is a free online to-do list with no sign-up — no email, no download, no setup screen standing between you and your first task. Your list saves to the server and stays tied to your browser, so it is waiting for you next time.

Open TasksPage — free

Start now — no account, no email

With TasksPage there is nothing to register for before you write your first task. Head to the app and it is already usable — a real task tracker with no account required. Your list is saved on the server and linked to your browser, so closing the tab does not lose your work.

An account is entirely optional. Create a free one only if you want your tasks to sync across devices — phone, laptop, work machine. Otherwise, skip it. There is nothing to confirm, nothing to verify, no inbox to check.

Open TasksPage and add your first task.

No download, works in any browser

There is nothing to install to get started. TasksPage runs in any modern browser on any device — no app store, no executable, no admin rights. It is a proper to-do list with no signup and no download attached.

If you want it to feel like an app, you can install it to your home screen or desktop as a PWA. That also unlocks offline use: add, drag, and edit tasks with no internet, and your changes save the moment you are back online. Handy on a train, a plane, or a patchy connection.

A to-do list built around progress, not just ticks

Every task has a progress percentage you set by dragging — scrub it from 0 to done instead of flipping a single checkbox. Tasks auto-sort by completion, lowest percentage first, so the things you have barely started float to the top where you can see them.

Organise with colour categories (five free, unlimited on Pro), and password-protect any category you like. You set the password and the server withholds those tasks until you enter it; the unlock lasts your session. Note this is password-gating rather than end-to-end encryption, and there is no password recovery — forget it and those tasks stay locked. All data is encrypted at rest on the server.

You also get notes and questions on tasks, file attachments (100 MB free, 5 GB on Pro), instant search, drag-and-drop reordering, and a satisfying "burn to done" fire animation — with undo, for when you get ahead of yourself. Everything lives on one page across Active, Procrastinating, Done, and your own colour categories. It is deliberately a task tracker, not a project manager with boards, folders, and nesting.

Free forever, with an optional Pro

TasksPage is free forever — no ads, no third-party tracking. If you want more, Pro is $2/month or $20/year and adds unlimited categories, reminders and notifications, due dates, recurring tasks, calendar/ICS export, themes and dark mode, 5 GB attachments, and "request a feature" (reasonable ones built within a week). But you never need it to run a solid to-do list. Open TasksPage and see.

Frequently asked

Do I really need no account to use it?

Correct. Open the app and start immediately — no email, no sign-up. Your list saves on the server tied to your browser. An account is optional and only adds syncing across devices.

Is TasksPage free?

Yes, free forever with no ads and no third-party tracking. An optional Pro plan at $2/month or $20/year adds extras like due dates, reminders, recurring tasks and unlimited categories.

Do I have to download or install anything?

No. It works in any modern browser with nothing to install. If you want, you can optionally install it as an app to your home screen or desktop, which also enables offline use.

Can I use my to-do list offline?

Yes. Install TasksPage as a PWA and you can add and edit tasks without internet. Your changes save automatically once you are back online.

How is the password-protected category secured?

You set a password and the server withholds that category's tasks until you enter it, with the unlock lasting your session. It is password-gating rather than end-to-end encryption; all data is encrypted at rest, and there is no password recovery.

Will I lose my tasks if I do not sign up?

No. Your list is saved on the server and tied to your browser, so it persists between visits. Create a free account only if you want the same list to sync across multiple devices.

One page. No sign-up. Start now.
