TasksPage is free forever — a permanent free plan, not a trial. No ads, no tracking without your consent, no credit card, and no account needed to start. If you ever want more, Pro is a small, optional upgrade.
What you get for free
The free plan is genuinely usable on its own — most people never need more:
- Unlimited tasks, each with a progress percentage you set by dragging
- Colour categories, with any category password-protectable
- Notes, questions and file attachments (5 MB per file) on tasks
- Instant search, drag & drop, burn-to-done with undo
- Works offline as an installable app; syncs across devices with a free account
- Share a category with up to 10 people — a free account is enough
- Links inside tasks and notes: highlight a word and paste the address, so no long URLs clutter the page
- App lock with fingerprint, Face ID or Windows Hello; password-protected categories re-lock after a set idle time
- Dark mode

What Pro adds — €1.99/month or €19.99/year
Pro is for people who want reminders and scheduling. It adds:
- Reminders & notifications and recurring tasks
- Unlimited colour categories and 5 GB of attachments
- Google Calendar sync and ICS export
- Request a feature — reasonable requests are built within a week
- Customize your view: drag & drop columns, hide the ones you don't need and put your sections in any order — saved separately for phone and desktop
- Mark important tasks — they glow until they're done
- Voice entry: dictate a task and the filler words are filtered out
- Natural-language quick-add: type “call the dentist tomorrow at 9” and the reminder is set for you
Yearly billing (€19.99) works out to two months free versus monthly.
Everyone gets Pro free for 3 months — no card needed, nothing to cancel. When the 3 months end you move to the free plan unless you subscribe, and nothing is deleted: Pro features pause and come back when you upgrade. Subscribing during the free months costs nothing extra, because the first charge is on the day they would have ended. The one thing the free months don't include is the bigger storage: attachments keep the free limits (5 MB per file, 50 MB in total) until you pay.

No credit card, no lock-in
You never need a card to use TasksPage — the free plan asks for nothing. If you go Pro you can cancel anytime, and you can export or delete all of your data from inside the app whenever you like. Stop paying and your list stays; only the Pro-only features switch off. The free plan is not crippled to push you to upgrade — it is the product.
