Terms of service

Effective date: 8 July 2026. Using taskspage.com means you agree with the points below.

The service

TasksPage is a personal task tracker, currently in beta and free to use. Paid plans with extra capabilities may be introduced later; a free tier will remain. As a beta service it is provided as is, without uptime guarantees — we run it carefully (encrypted storage, daily off-site backups) but cannot promise it will never be down or never lose data. Keep your own copies of anything critical (the app has a one-click JSON export).

Your content

Everything you put in stays yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, back up and display it back to you. We never use your content for anything else — see the privacy policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Important, honestly stated: there is currently no password reset — if you forget your password, we cannot restore access to the account's data. (Email-based reset is on the roadmap.) You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from within the app.

Fair use

Don't use TasksPage to store or distribute unlawful content, don't attempt to access other people's data, and don't overload or disrupt the service (technical quotas apply). We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Liability

To the extent Dutch law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — for the free beta, that is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes & law

We may update these terms; the current version always lives here with its effective date, and material changes will be flagged in the app. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Questions: support@taskspage.com.
